Corporate Giving

Winter Springs Performing Arts is a youth theatre program that is registered as both a federal 501(c)3 and Florida Not for Profit organization. We serve the youth of Central Florida and believe that every young person should have the opportunity to participate in the performing arts in an educational, safe and fun environment.
Your donations, sponsorships, and advertising will help us continue to grow this worthwhile program to reach an increasing number of our community’s youth. Research has proven that students who participate in performing arts programs perform better academically and socially and are building valuable skills that will benefit them throughout their adult lives.

Corporate Donations allow your business to invest in the children of our community, while also receiving a tax deduction*. In addition, with over 3,500 tickets sold each year, and over 39,000 website views each year, your business will benefit from exposure to a wider audience. Donations for this program begin at $100.00 per year and provide your business a variety of levels for corporate charitable giving, allowing you to pick a level that suits your corporate goals and budget. Each donor level provides your company with increasing benefits as shown below.

*Value of show tickets are not tax deductible per IRS rules.

Another option for donations is our Buy a Seat Program.  This simple option is fully tax deductible and contributes to the building of the future facilities of the Winter Springs Performing Arts Center.
With this option, a donation of $1000.00 allows your business to name a seat in our new Theatre.  A nameplate will be affixed to the chair back.

Corporate Scholarship

There are two types of Scholarships; Financial Need and College.

Financial Need

Winter Springs Performing Arts believes that every young person should have the opportunity to experience the performing arts. Financial Need scholarships are for current or prospective children who are interested in participating in a production at WSPA but are unable to afford the tuition fees. Scholarships may be partial or for the full tuition fee. Your donation can help.

College Scholarship

Research shows and Winter Springs Performing Arts believes that performing arts programs benefit students in a wide variety of ways including academic achievement, social development, and in the development of skills that can be applied to their future endeavors in college and their adult lives. College scholarships are for WSPA graduating high school seniors for use at the college of their choice. You can invest in the future of our youth.

Each type of scholarship may be either Annual or Endowed.

Annual

Annual scholarships are one-time scholarships. For instance, “The John Q. Public Annual Scholarship”. The donor must renew the scholarship each year with a new donation. This allows the donor the flexibility to fund a scholarship in the short term, with the potential to continue for as long as they wish. They are typically $1000 scholarships.

Endowed

Endowed scholarships are typically large value donations of $10,000 to $25,000 dollars where the principle is invested to build for at least one year, and the resulting interest used to fund a continuing scholarship. Your investment now, can benefit children for years to come.

Corporate Advertising

There are three categories of Advertising; One Show, One Season, and One Year.

One Show Title
Advertisements appear in the playbill for a specified production.

One Season (Spring, Summer, or Fall)
Advertisements appear in every playbill of the season (2-3 Productions, 9 Performances).
With at least 9 performances a season, the potential audience is over 1,300 people.
One Year

With 9 productions a year and over 25 performances, the potential audience is over 4,000 people.
